At the end of July, I got to spend a Saturday surrounded by crafty and creative people at The Island Mavins Handmade and Vintage Market. There were over 40 vendors this year, and the final tally showed that over 2000 people visited the market over the weekend - what an incredible turnout! This was my second time photographing Island Mavins, and I had just as much fun documenting the first day of event this year as I did last year - I can't wait for next year's market! Here are a few of my favourite photos from Saturday.
Back in July I had the pleasure of photographing day one of the 4th annual Island Mavins Vintage Market. It was so much fun; I got to meet a bunch of fabulous people (vendors and visitors alike) as well as see some awesome vintage and handmade treasures. Tayrex Food Truck kept everyone well-fed and Mile Zero provided live music. Here are some of my favourite photos of the day. If you didn't make it out this year, hopefully these photos will entice you to go next year!
